As Quiqup is about to enter a hyper growth phase and completely change and accelerate the E-com landscape of MENA. We are looking for a motivated, out of the box candidate who is ready to drive this hyper growth and be part of our story - actually lead it! We know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth with enterprise-level clients across the UAE. This is a senior individual contributor role for a proven hunter who thrives in outbound sales, builds relationships with senior decision-makers in large conglomerates, and delivers consistently against ambitious revenue targets.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with Enterprise and large e-commerce clients across the UAE.

  • Develop and execute a structured outbound sales strategy, including cold outreach, networking, face-to-face meetings, sales calls, and any other activities that help to generate and close deals

  • Manage the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching, to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.

  • Effectively showcase Quiqup’s set of products and best practices through email, phone, pitch decks

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

  • Close deals, activate your clients and manage them them during their ramp-up period.

  • Track pipeline progress using CRM tools, provide accurate forecasts, and meet/exceed quarterly sales quotas.

  • Stay on top of e-commerce, logistics, and last-mile industry trends to bring fresh insights to clients Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless solution design, proposals, and client handover.
