About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our industrial business expansion across the GCC region. This is a key strategic role with strong potential for growth into VP level within 3-5 years, based on performance and business results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development initiatives for industrial products across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government organizations, associations, and major clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for growth.
  • Prepare and execute business plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Coordinate with technical and product teams to ensure alignment between client needs and product offerings.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry forums.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Engineer + MBA (mandatory).
  • Experience: 10+ years overall, with at least 5 years of proven experience in GCC markets.
  • Nationality: Indian origin (preferred).
  • Residency: Preferably a local resident in the UAE.
  • Strong network with government bodies, associations, and key industrial stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in selling industrial products or related technologies.

Training & Growth

  • Extensive 4-8 weeks business training in India covering SMT (Electronics Manufacturing), Solar, and EV technologies.
  • Strong career progression path with exposure to strategic business roles and leadership opportunities.
