We're looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to lead the launch of a well-known wellness and beauty brand. This role will play a pivotal part in steering the company's growth and shaping its market presence within KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency.

You'll oversee all aspects of the company's operations, from logistics to marketing and sales, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. This position requires strong leadership skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, a deep understanding and love for the wellness consumer goods market, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and enhance brand visibility
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve financial targets and company objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee supply chain and logistics management ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products
  • Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders on business performance
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively to enhance profitability
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of quality
  • Develop and mentor team members to foster a culture of high performance and professional growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the wellness consumer goods sector or a similar space
  • Strong knowledge of sales, marketing strategies, partnerships and logistics management
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding leadership and team management abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to create and implement successful business strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer-focused attitude
