Job Summary

The Business Development specialist will support the growth of our digital healthcare platform. The ideal candidate is well-educated, highly organized, and pays close attention to detail, with experience in digital

marketing, digital sales, or digital healthcare. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, supporting client acquisition, and executing digital monetization strategies with pharmaceutical companies, insurers, healthcare providers, and media agencies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Lead Generation
  • Research and identify new business opportunities across the pharmaceutical, insurance, and health-tech sectors.
  • Support the commercial team in presenting and selling digital services such as telehealth, branded content, and digital campaigns.
  • Prepare customized proposals and assist in developing pricing strategies based on client needs and digital trends.
  • Assist in tracking sales pipelines and conversion metrics.
  • Client Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate with potential and existing partners to ensure smooth communication and service execution.
  • Act as a link between external partners and internal departments (medical, content, digital, and product teams).
  • Support onboarding, campaign launches, and client follow-ups with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategy Support
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, digital innovations, and competitor activity.
  • Compile and present insights to support business strategy and product development.
  • Monitor digital campaign performance and assist in creating performance reports for clients and partners.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Maintain detailed records of business activities, leads, meetings, and partner requirements.
  • Ensure all tasks, proposals, and communications are handled with clarity, precision, and follow-up.

Qualifications & Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, Healthcare, or a related field is required.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, digital sales, or marketing, ideally in a healthcare or digital-first organization.

Strong understanding of digital platforms, digital advertising, or health-tech solutions.

  • Excellent organization skills with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow through on timelines, and support team objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI tools.
  • Passion for healthcare, technology, and digital innovation.
