About Us:

We are a fast-growing Information Technology & Digital Agency offering cutting-edge solutions including web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, and enterprise technology services. We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager who can drive growth through sales outreach, client meetings, and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and client visits.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to pitch IT and digital solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to align client needs with company solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT and digital marketing trends to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Business Development / Sales, preferably in the IT or Digital Agency sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to manage client meetings and field visits on a daily basis.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
