Job description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, workshops, and retailers.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and digital marketing activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development within the auto spare parts or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and sales strategies.
  • Goal-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
