Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business growth strategies across preventive healthcare and wellness domains.
• Identify and establish strategic alliances with hospitals, corporate wellness programs, diagnostic centers, and wellness brands.
• Lead market research, competitor analysis, and new service development initiatives.
• Drive corporate wellness tie-ups, doctor engagement programs, and client acquisition campaigns.
• Formulate and manage business plans, sales targets, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for promotional and branding activities.
• Represent HuHaHo in industry forums, healthcare events, and professional networks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Management.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospital management.
• Strong industry network and proven success in strategic partnerships and market expansion.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical ability and a passion for holistic health innovation.
