Role Objective
Own and drive the sales strategy and execution for BFSI clients across the Middle East with a sharp focus on Transactional Banking or digital payment solutions &/OR real-time payments related offerings. You will engage at CXO & strategic leadership levels, build deep client relationships, and drive large, strategic deal closures.
Key Responsibilities

Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products

Experience in sales/account management functions.

Experience in Payment sector will be of added benefit to the candidate.

Define and deliver revenue and growth strategy for BFSI & Transactional banking/ Fintech sectors in the Middle East region.

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with high-value opportunities across RTP, transactional banking platform.
-
Generating leads, qualifying leads, building & garnering healthy funnel, customer profiling & account mapping, co-coordinating, handling customer objections, creating opportunities, and accomplishing sales cycle milestones in shorter time frame, directing all course of actions to deal closures and achieving revenue targets.

Lead large account management, customer profiling, and territory planning with a sharp geography focus.

Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, bid management, solution pitching, to contract closure.

Collaborate with product, presales, and delivery teams to position the right solution fit for each client.

Present complex fintech & transactional banking solutions in a clear, business-oriented manner to client CXOs and decision-makers.

Stay on top of market trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes in the payments space (including regional nuances).

Consistently deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Foster and grow strategic alliances and long-term partnerships in the BFSI and fintech ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile
-
12+ years of experience in IT/Software Sales, with a strong focus on BFSI, Transactional banking / Payments domains.
-
Demonstrated expertise in selling solutions around digital payments, and real-time transaction platform.
-
Strong relationships and networking within the BFSI sector across the Middle East.
-
Proven success in large deal closures, enterprise account management, and revenue ownership.
-
Strong business acumen with deep understanding of payments technology and ecosystem.
-
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills at senior stakeholder levels.
-
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners for joint business success.
-
Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented approach with high energy and drive.
Preferred Background
-
Previous experience working with or selling real-time payment solutions, transaction processing systems, or payment platforms is a plus.

Exposure to handling large enterprise accounts and complex tender processes.
-
Existing connects in Banks, Fintech hubs, regulatory bodies, and Large system integrators in the Middle East required and will be an advantage
