Role Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving overall revenue growth. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and online channels.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Develop and present tailored proposals, business pitches, and presentations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts to ensure sustainable business partnerships.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and track progress toward business targets.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management for strategy refinement.
  • Represent the company in virtual meetings, webinars, and online networking events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close deals remotely.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Experience in Fintech, advertising, digital marketing, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
