As part of our strategic expansion in the specified job location market, we are seeking a Business Development professional with strong local market knowledge and proven experience to drive NamanHR’s growth in the Middle East.


Role Purpose

The Business Development role will lead client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth initiatives in the specified Job Location. This position is central to NamanHR’s market expansion strategy and requires a proactive, consultative approach to identify client needs and position our HR and consulting services as high-value solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a robust business development strategy for the Job Location market aligned with NamanHR’s growth objectives.
  • Identify, engage, and acquire new clients across corporate, government, and semi-government sectors.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase NamanHR’s service portfolio (HR consulting, learning interventions, leadership programs, assessments, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Marketing, Consulting) to create customized client proposals and ensure smooth project handover.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through consistent sales performance.
  • Gather and report market intelligence, competitor insights (other consulting firms), and emerging trends.
  • Represent NamanHR at local business forums, industry events, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility in the specified Job Location.


Candidate Profile

• Based in Job location with a valid residence visa or ability to obtain one.

• Minimum 2 years of proven business development or sales experience within the mentioned Job location market or GCC market.

• Prior experience in consulting, HR solutions, or B2B corporate sales preferred.

• Strong local network with HR leaders and decision-makers.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; self-driven and target-oriented.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.

• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
