Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Development Planning
Planning and conceptualizing innovative ideas/ways in order to increase the business by keeping tabs on the competition, to be an advanced and outstanding brand in the market.
Led to prepare the yearly planning of e year.
Completing and implementing the blueprint of the existing 5-year investment plan.
Market Analysis
Mapping the direct and indirect competitors
Develop strategic plans and action plans
Identifying and penetrating the new market segments for attainment of targets with a view to optimizing revenue and taking care of Public Relations and branding activities
Working on generating new leads, mapping sectors, targeting potential enrollments, and sales, and attracting potentially qualified teachers/key people and staff
Budget Planning
Led the related team to create the budget for annual expenses by balancing between expenses and income
Brand Awareness, Branding & Marketing
Attracting new students/customers by preparing marketing strategies, increasing brand awareness, and implementing them in coordination with the branding concepts of the business and competitor’s intelligence.
Sales/Enrollments
Developing competitive sales/enrollments strategies for deeper market penetration
Executing an overall business plan to lead generation and meet revenue targets
Presenting the business to potential clients through direct and indirect communications including but not limited to face-to-face meetings, telephone call and emails.
Possessing drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales/enrolments opportunities are captured and explored
Relation Building
Implementing effective strategies to impress our customers and reinforce trust
Responsible for creating the culture and identity of each business, identifying, securing, and managing relationships with an organization outside and inside of the company that helps other key functions of the company achieve their respective goals
Working closely with the management team to make sure that there is a high-quality standard of products and to maintain its standards
Collaborating and supporting all departments
BDM is part of the leadership team, support and inputs from BDM in other areas are expected

Maintaining a deep knowledge of the markets, and industries and producing a strategic plan to upgrade the products and service
