Job Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can bring in quality leads, convert them into clients, and help the company grow. The ideal person should be confident in communication, strong in planning, and comfortable presenting to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate quality leads.
Follow up with leads and convert them into long-term clients.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
Deliver clear and professional presentations during meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets on time.
Develop effective marketing and outreach strategies.
Maintain client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Work closely with management to refine business growth plans.
Prepare progress reports, pipelines, and performance updates.
Requirements
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and offer the right solutions.
Confident in giving presentations.
Self-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Basic understanding of marketing and sales funnels.
Experience in business development (preferred, not mandatory).
