Business Development Manager (IT Sales)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong experience in end-to-end IT sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by developing new client relationships, managing the full sales cycle, and delivering customized IT solutions based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with enterprise clients and key accounts.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, RFP responses, and product demonstrations.
  • Maintain accurate sales tracking, forecasting, and CRM reporting.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in IT Sales / Business Development.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, cloud, ERP, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Engineering background (Bachelor’s in Engineering / BTech or similar).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic or Malayalam is a must, along with professional English proficiency.
  • Strong market knowledge within the UAE and GCC ecosystem.
  • Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.

Preferred

  • UAE driving license and client network in IT domain.
  • Previous experience in B2B enterprise-level technology sales.
