Job Title: Business Development Manager – ProAV Solutions (Saudi Arabia Market)
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically-minded Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the dynamic Saudi Arabian ProAV (Professional Audio-Visual) market. This role is central to establishing our LED display solutions in key sectors such as mega-events, giga-projects, hospitality, retail, corporate, and control rooms. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, an established local network, and a deep understanding of the project-based sales cycle within the Kingdom's rapidly evolving AV landscape.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and growth strategy for ProAV solutions in Saudi Arabia, aligned with the Kingdom's Vision 2030 initiatives and economic diversification plans.

Build, manage, and grow a robust partner ecosystem, including system integrators, distributors, AV consultants, contractors, and event production companies.

Lead the entire sales process for high-value ProAV projects, from initial client engagement and solution conceptualization to technical proposal, tender management, negotiation, and contract closure.

Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at government entities, large enterprises, real estate developers, hotel groups, and event organizers.

Serve as the in-market expert, conducting competitive analysis, monitoring market trends, and providing strategic intelligence to shape product and business strategy.

Represent the company at major industry events, trade shows, and high-level client meetings to enhance brand authority and generate qualified leads.

Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure solutions are locally relevant, supported by strong case studies and tailored marketing collateral.

Provide regular market reports, accurate sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of
5 years of proven business development or sales experience in the ProAV, LED display, or broadcast industry within the Saudi Arabian market.

Extensive and proven network
within the Saudi AV, construction, or large-scale project sectors.

Strong technical understanding of LED display solutions and their integration into complex ProAV systems.

Demonstrated success in project-based sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious targets.

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and navigate a fast-paced, ambitious market environment.

Willingness to travel extensively within Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working for an international LED display or ProAV technology manufacturer.

Background in selling to sectors such as large-scale events (festivals, exhibitions), hospitality (hotels, resorts), or giga-projects (NEOM, Qiddiya, Red Sea Project).
