Role Overview
The Business Development Manager plays a key role in expanding the organization’s presence and driving sustainable growth across regions. This role combines strategic planning, operational oversight, relationship management, and on-ground execution. You will identify new opportunities, strengthen partnerships, enhance the performance of existing centers, and ensure that customer experience and operational standards remain best-in-class.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential locations, partnerships, and service lines

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility assessments for expansion

Support the launch of new centers from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals
Partnerships & Network Building

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, doctors, external clinics, diagnostic partners, and referral networks

Develop high-quality channels for patient acquisition and brand visibility

Represent the organization at industry events, medical forums, and partnership discussions
Center performance

Track performance metrics for existing centers, including revenue, patient flow, and operational efficiency

Identify performance gaps and work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions

Support HQ teams in meeting business targets and improving day-to-day operations

Ensure adherence to organizational SOPs, operational policies, and clinical quality standards

Liaise with finance, operations, clinical teams, and senior management to drive aligned decision-making
Marketing

Coordinate with marketing teams to roll out local activation initiatives, community outreach, and digital campaigns

Ensure consistent brand messaging, visibility, and engagement at each center

Work closely with center teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and streamline patient journeys

2–5 years of experience in business development, healthcare operations, or multi-site management

Strong analytical and market research skills

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities

Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-growing environments

Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
It'd be nice if you had:

Experience in fertility, diagnostics, hospitals, or other healthcare verticals

Prior experience in setting up new centers or managing P&L

Understanding of patient acquisition channels, or doctor engagement
