Key Responsibilities:

  • New Correspondent Onboarding:

Complete end-to-end coordination for international partner onboarding (testing, integration, and go-live).

  • Branch Performance Monitoring:

Follow up on monthly and quarterly branch targets, including FX, remittance, and overall revenue performance.

  • Corporate Client Acquisition:

Identify, engage, and onboard corporate clients for FX and high-value remittances.

  • Sales & Revenue Development:

Prepare business development strategies, promotional plans, and revenue-driven initiatives aligned with 2026 targets.

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify, prospect, and onboard new corporate clients and individual high-net-worth customers. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

  • Product Promotion and Negotiation:

Promote the company's full suite of services, including global money transfers, foreign currency exchange, wholesale currency, and payroll solutions (WPS). Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.

  • Reporting and Analysis:

Monitor and report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence data to senior management. Use data analysis to refine acquisition strategies and improve conversion funnels.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and compliance teams to align strategies, address client issues promptly, and enhance the overall service offering.

  • Market Representation:

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build a strong professional network.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) within the money exchange in the UAE is highly desirable.
  • Sales Acumen: Strong background in sales, market expansion, corporate, and corridor development. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of CBUAE regulations and operational requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills., with fluency in English required (Arabic is a plus).
  • Personal Attributes: A self-motivated, results-oriented, and strategic thinker who can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
