Business Development Manager

We are hiring for the Business Development Manager – Schools (2 position), for our CBSE residential school at Shamirpet.

Job Description:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and school interactions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide insight-driven recommendations.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan school events and campaigns.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with principals, school management, academic coordinators, and purchase committees.

Requirements:

Qualifications: Graduation or MBA marketing.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in preferably into the education sector.

Experience working with schools or education institutions is a strong plus.

Good communication is mandatory.

Should understand the school operations and academics.

Should be good at MS Office.
