Business Development Manager

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to join Gama, supporting the company’s growth across the Construction and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) sectors in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong industry knowledge and excellent communication skills who can execute Gama’s business development strategy with precision and professionalism.

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in executing Gama’s business development strategy across the construction and O&M sectors. This role requires a proactive professional who understands how to identify opportunities, manage client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to prepare and submit pre-qualification documents, EOIs, and proposals.

·        Execute Gama’s business development strategy across the construction and O&M sectors.

·        Identify and track business opportunities aligned with the company’s growth targets.

·        Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities.

·        Coordinate with internal departments for the preparation and submission of registrations, pre-qualification documents, EOIs, and proposals.

·        Conduct market and competitor research to support business development activities.

·        Manage and update opportunity pipelines in CRM/ERP systems.

·        Represent Gama at meetings, events, and industry functions.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

·        Minimum 10 years of experience in business development roles within the construction and O&M sectors in Saudi Arabia.

·        Strong understanding of EPC contracting, O&M frameworks, and procurement processes.

·        Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems.

·        Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

·        Fluent in Arabic with strong command of English.
