ORBIN seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow its market presence across IT and security solutions, including Network Security, Wireless Networks, Virtualization, Servers & Storage, Surveillance, Compliance, IT Consultancy, and Microsoft Licensing.

The role involves generating new business, managing client relationships, conducting presentations and demos, preparing proposals, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The manager will analyze market trends, build a strong sales pipeline, and work closely with technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for all ORBIN services:

Network Security, Wireless Networks, IT Consultancy, Servers & Storage, Virtualization, Surveillance & Biometrics, Unified Communication, Compliance, and Microsoft Licensing.

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demos to convert prospects into long-term clients.

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, enterprise customers, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to understand client requirements and propose optimal solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through continuous engagement and after-sales support.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field .
  • Minimum 2-3years of experience in IT Solutions Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and security-related services (networking, virtualization, surveillance, servers, cloud, licensing).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to sales.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
