  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Identify, target, and secure new B2B customers, including exporters, importers, and eCommerce clients.
  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools to ensure accurate forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Conduct high-level client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic clients.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior sales staff (BDEs) to enhance overall team performance.
  • Represent Penta Express at trade events, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote brand visibility.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Sales, or Logistics) from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in the international courier/logistics industry.
  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding revenue and volume targets.
  • Strong business acumen with consultative selling and contract negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
