Job Title: Business Development Manager – Wires & Cables (B2B)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new B2B customers in industrial, OEM, EPC, and distributor segments.
- Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical) for timely execution of orders.
- Participate in trade shows, client visits, and technical discussions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales within the wires & cables industry.
- Strong technical understanding of cable products and applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel and work independently.

Pay: ₹223,583.32 - ₹1,080,882.31 per year
