Job Title: Business Development Manager – Wires & Cables (B2B)

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B customers in industrial, OEM, EPC, and distributor segments.
  • Manage existing client relationships and ensure repeat business.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, technical) for timely execution of orders.
  • Participate in trade shows, client visits, and technical discussions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales within the wires & cables industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of cable products and applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel and work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹223,583.32 - ₹1,080,882.31 per year
