Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Business Development Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and match qualified candidates with client needs
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
- Travel to client meetings and industry events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a Talent Acquisition/Executive Search industry will be an advantage
