Role Summary
Drive project acquisitions, build elite designer/architect networks, grow revenue, and lead a small outreach team while owning communication, data, and market intelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors; lead pitches and walkthroughs.
- Own revenue growth, identify market gaps, and push category expansion.
- Manage email comms, Excel trackers, MIS, and impactful PPTs.
- Map Bangalore micro-markets; track projects, trends, competitors.
- Lead and upskill a junior field/marketing team.
Skills & Requirements
- 5–10 years in marketing/BD/interiors/building materials.
- Strong communication, Excel, PPT, and negotiation.
- English/Hindi/Kannada required; Tamil/Telugu a plus.
- Independent, strategic, persuasive, entrepreneurial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
