Role Summary
Drive project acquisitions, build elite designer/architect networks, grow revenue, and lead a small outreach team while owning communication, data, and market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors; lead pitches and walkthroughs.
  • Own revenue growth, identify market gaps, and push category expansion.
  • Manage email comms, Excel trackers, MIS, and impactful PPTs.
  • Map Bangalore micro-markets; track projects, trends, competitors.
  • Lead and upskill a junior field/marketing team.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5–10 years in marketing/BD/interiors/building materials.
  • Strong communication, Excel, PPT, and negotiation.
  • English/Hindi/Kannada required; Tamil/Telugu a plus.
  • Independent, strategic, persuasive, entrepreneurial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
