Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
• Assist in developing strategic business plans, recruit agent and tainning and support
• Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-up
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external use
• Coordinate meetings and communications with potential clients
• Assist in drafting proposals and business correspondence
• Track and report on sales metrics and performance
• Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
