Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Professional to lead sales and growth initiatives in the industrial automation and engineering solutions domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PLC, SCADA, and control systems, coupled with proven experience in project sales, system integration, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation and engineering projects.
  • Promote and sell PLC, SCADA, control panels, and digitalization solutions to industrial clients.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and tender documents.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and OEMs.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within assigned regions or industries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering (MBA preferred).
  • 8–15 years of experience in B2B industrial sales or engineering project sales.
  • Proven expertise in industrial automation, control system integration, and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA, DCS, drives, and instrumentation systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience with system integrators, OEMs, or automation solution providers.
  • Exposure to key industry sectors such as manufacturing, process automation, or utilities.
  • Ability to travel and manage on-site client visits as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹140,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
