Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our growth initiatives both within the UAE and on an international scale. The successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our global market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities domestically and internationally to expand the company’s client base and revenue streams.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies tailored to both UAE and international markets.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs across various regions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and negotiations to secure new business and partnerships.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales performance, market developments, and business development activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a preference for experience in both UAE and international markets.
  • Strong understanding of both UAE and international business landscapes and cultural nuances.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or other languages is a plus.
