Business Development Manager (SEO & Digital Marketing)

Shift Timings: US Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM or 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM IST)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive international client acquisition and sales in SEO, website development, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating business from the US and other international markets, with strong expertise in digital sales and client management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for SEO, website development, and digital marketing services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Conduct detailed discussions with clients to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Present customized SEO, SEM, SMO, and web development solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery.
  • Maintain a strong international sales pipeline and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and competitor activities to explore new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in Business Development for international (US/UK) clients in digital marketing or SEO agencies.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, website development, and lead generation.
  • Experience using platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Apollo, cold outreach, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, targets, and client expectations independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM and digital prospecting platforms.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Mandatory: Willingness to work in the US night shift.
