We are an established interior design and manufacturing company looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to drive our B2C sales and expand our customer base in the home interiors segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential B2C clients for home interior projects.
  • Collaborate with homeowners, architects, builders, and interior designers to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with the design and production teams to deliver customized interior solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in business development or sales within an interior design or modular furniture company.
  • Strong understanding of residential interior project cycles and client requirements.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and self-motivated with a customer-oriented approach.
