Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Executive – IT Software

Experience: 2-6 Years
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic BDM/Sales Executive with experience in IT software services and DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate will generate leads, build client relationships, and close deals in areas like web/app development, cloud services, DevOps, and IT consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT and DevOps domain.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Pitch software development, DevOps, and cloud solutions to businesses.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to align client requirements and deliverables.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM data and provide regular reports on sales activity.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in B2B IT sales or software/DevOps services sales.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and DevOps tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle international and domestic clients.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Clutch, or other lead-gen platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,247.91 - ₹59,047.24 per month
