Role Description:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Professional with strong knowledge of the real estate and construction market to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building client relationships, developing proposals, and driving growth for the organization.

This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly expanding consultancy firm while gaining exposure to high-value projects and industry-leading practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate and construction sectors.
  • Conduct market research to map potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare and submit compelling bids, proposals, and tenders tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development activities with project delivery capabilities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
  • Contribute to business strategy by providing market insights and feedback.
  • Ensure timely reporting of business development activities and pipeline progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management in the real estate or construction sector.
  • Proven experience in bid writing, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics in real estate and construction.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written),Marathi (would be beneficial).
  • Strong networking and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

You’ll also have:

  • Strong commercial and financial awareness.
  • A proactive, target-driven approach with demonstrated success in achieving growth objectives.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt strategies to evolving market and client needs.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and how it impacts construction and real estate sectors (preferred).
