Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Job Description:
Responsible for Business Development, Sales Conversion, and Lead Generation for LPG supply solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
Conduct daily visits to Industries, Hotels, and Institutions (minimum 7–8 quality calls per day).
Identify the usage of LPG in the respective industry.
Determine the form of LPG supply — Bulk Tanker or Commercial Cylinder (33kg / 50kg / 425kg) — along with competition details.
Gather all necessary commercial and contact details of key decision-makers.
Present company PPT / proposals offering cost-effective commercial solutions and negotiate until sales closure.
Update all visit and sales activity details daily in the Lystloc App.
2. Sales Coordination & Payment Collection
After successful sales closure, process the order through Head Office Coordinators.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team for product availability, dispatch, and timely delivery.
Ensure end-to-end follow-up of the delivery cycle until completion.
Collect payments timely from customers with approved credit terms.
Candidate Requirements:
Languages Known: Proficient in English, Hindi, and the Regional Language.
Education: Engineers, Science Graduates, or MBA preferred.
Experience: 3–5 years or more in Business Development / Sales.
Industry Preference: Candidates from Oil & Gas, Techno-commercial, Industrial Sales, or B2B Sales background preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹51,576.36 per month
