We are seeking a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our institutional reach, strengthen partnerships, and drive student admissions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, leadership, and networking abilities to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase student enrolments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with educational consultants, schools, and corporate partners.
  • Plan and execute effective business and marketing strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Represent the institution at events, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on business performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development or educational sales.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
