Key Requirements

• This is a field sales role involving daily travel and doctor visits.
• Own bike and laptop are mandatory.
• Experience in Healthcare / Pharma / Medical Devices / SaaS Sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Meet and engage with doctors on a daily basis to introduce and demonstrate the HealthPlix EMR software.
• Conduct product demos, explain features, and resolve queries to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, medical associations, and clinics.
• Drive product adoption and ensure active usage by doctors post onboarding.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with doctors and clinic staff.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation and support.
• Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM regularly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0–4 years of experience in field sales; experience in healthcare domain is an added advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined in follow-up.
• Comfortable with local travel.
• Ability to communicate value and handle objections confidently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
