The Job description is as follows:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving client acquisition, and nurturing long-term client relationships. The role involves prospecting potential clients, presenting customized solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Business Development

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals, presentations, and service offerings to potential clients.
  • Achieve defined targets for client acquisition, revenue generation, and market expansion.
  • Maintain and regularly update the business development pipeline and CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and conversions.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums to build brand visibility and partnerships.

B. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and service delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with clients across different organizational levels.
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and feedback sessions to assess satisfaction and identify evolving needs.
  • Address client queries, concerns, and escalations promptly with a proactive, service-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Training, Operations, Content, etc.) to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
