We are seeking an experienced and result oriented Business Development Manager to lead our sales and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business strategies, identifying opportunities, building client relationship, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilites:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnership
  • Manage and mentor the sales/ Business development team.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationship
  • Prepare proposal, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Track, analyze, and report business performance.
