Job Title: Business Development Manager / Senior Manager

A leading event planning and production company based in Dubai, specializing in delivering world-class, bespoke events ranging from corporate conferences to high-profile exhibitions and entertainment events. With a creative team, cutting-edge technology, and a passion for excellence.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand our client base, and generate revenue .

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively identify and acquire new clients, especially in the event and entertainment sectors. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.

Revenue Generation & Sales: Lead the sales process, from proposal creation to negotiations and closing deals. Identify new revenue streams and cross-sell opportunities.

Market Research & Strategy: Conduct research on market trends, competition, and new opportunities. Implement strategies to tap into emerging market segments and drive business growth.

Event Conceptualization & Pitching: Collaborate with internal teams to design and pitch customized event solutions tailored to clients' needs. Present compelling proposals to prospective clients.

Partnership Development: Establish strategic partnerships with venues, vendors, suppliers, and other event-related businesses.

Brand Building & Visibility: Enhance the company’s brand visibility by networking, attending events, and increasing market presence.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Monitor the business development pipeline, track goals, and manage budgets. Provide regular reports on performance and market trends.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and creative teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management within the events, hospitality, or related industry.

A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and generating new business opportunities.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Extensive knowledge of the event management industry in the Middle East.

Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for building relationships and achieving results.

Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
