Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the automotive and industrial lubricant segments.
- Build and manage a strong distributor, dealer, and retailer network to achieve regional sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth areas.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns, branding, and product launches.
- Ensure effective pricing strategies, stock planning, and payment follow-ups with channel partners.
- Prepare and present monthly business performance reports and sales forecasts to management.
- Provide technical product knowledge and training to distributors and sales representatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure service quality aligns with brand standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Bachelors and diploma Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in business development or sales within the lubricants, automotive.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop new markets.
- Excellent knowledge of automotive oils, lubricants, and aftermarket industry trends.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
