Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding market share for educational products and services. Your role includes identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening client relationships.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking.
  • Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, and potential clients.
  • Follow up consistently on leads to achieve conversions.
  • Conduct school and society tie-ups in the targeted market.
  • Identify reasons for non-conversion and resolve issues on priority.
  • Schedule home visits when required for enquiry closure.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through conversions and client retention.

Business Strategy

  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior management for strategic planning.
  • Run festive offers and generate business.

Market Analysis

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competition.
  • Evaluate customer needs to improve offerings.

Partnership Development

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong long-term client relationships.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams for smooth service delivery.

Marketing & Promotion

  • Work with the marketing team on campaigns to promote educational products/services.
  • Utilize multiple channels to increase brand visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
