Position: Business Development Manager (Male)Department: Business Development & OperationsLocation: TrivandrumEmployment Type: Full-timeRole Overview:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding partnerships, and supporting the operational efficiency of Eduooz International Academy. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and capable of leading teams, managing CRM systems, implementing new courses, and coordinating external campaigns, including hospital visits.

Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and tie-ups to increase student enrolments.
  • Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and emerging trends.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

2. Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the business development and admission team.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure timely achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Conduct regular training and performance review sessions.

3. CRM & Reporting

  • Manage and update CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Maintain daily/weekly reports and provide insights to the management team.
  • Ensure data consistency and follow-up accuracy across all platforms.

4. Course Implementation & Coordination

  • Coordinate with the academic and operations team for rolling out new courses and programs.
  • Assist in planning, structuring, and launching course-related initiatives.
  • Monitor course performance and provide suggestions for improvement.

5. Campaigns & Hospital Visits

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns in hospitals, clinics, and other medical institutions.
  • Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and institutional partners.
  • Organize medical camps, awareness programs, and promotional events on behalf of Eduooz.

6. Branding & Outreach

  • Represent the institution professionally at events, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand visibility across all campaigns and outreach programs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales (education or healthcare sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience handling teams and achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel for campaigns, field activities, and hospital visits.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
