Role Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, generate new business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships. This role supports Evolvan’s mission of “Healthy vibes, product lives” by expanding our client base, understanding customer needs, and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle — from prospecting to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and delivery to align business strategies.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and maintain records.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns.
- Participate in meetings, demos, and client calls as required.
- Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

Knowledge (What you know)
- Understanding of IT services, software solutions, and digital products (preferred)
- Knowledge of sales processes, market outreach strategies, and business pitch creation
- Awareness of industry trends and customer behavior
- Familiarity with B2B sales, international market exposure is a plus
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated monthly
- Conversion rate from lead to sales closure
- Revenue contribution and target achievement
- Number of client meetings, demos, and proposals submitted
- Client retention and relationship strength
- CRM accuracy, follow-ups, and consistent reporting
Experience & Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (IT sector preferred)
- Strong communication, networking, and client-handling skills
- Experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to conduct research, prepare proposals, and handle client communication
- Professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Band
₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
