We are looking for a motivated and experienced Female Business Development Manager – Software Sales to drive growth, mentor a dynamic sales team and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of software sales executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Track team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for senior management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in software sales
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of software solutions or IT services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
