Key Responsibilities Sales & Lead Generation

  • Identify, generate, and qualify leads from India and UK using LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, Upwork/Freelancer (if applicable), and other sales channels.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in sectors such as IT, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, education, and startups.

Client Management & Closing Deals

  • Understand client requirements and pitch suitable IT solutions, custom software, websites, apps, etc.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals independently.

Cross-border Sales Operations

  • Manage communication with clients in both India and the UK, including support for different time zones.
  • Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure smooth handover and delivery of IT services.

Reporting & Strategy

  • Maintain clear documentation of leads, interactions, and sales progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and competitor insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT Sales / Tech Sales / International Sales.
  • Strong knowledge of web development, mobile apps, SaaS, cloud tech, IT services, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English).
  • Strong understanding of international sales processes, especially UK market behavior.
  • Ability to confidently pitch technical solutions to non-technical clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc.).(Not Necessary)
  • Comfortable with UK shift or split shift when required.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience selling to UK or European clients.
  • Knowledge of software development processes and technical terminology.
  • Understanding of digital transformation, UI/UX, SEO, cloud, and API-driven solutions.
  • Experience working in IT services companies or SaaS startups.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tech Sales / Business Development Manager to drive sales for our IT services and digital solutions across India and the United Kingdom. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS products, cloud solutions, digital marketing, or custom software solutions.

You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching to clients, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals while coordinating between India and UK time zones.
