Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and support revenue generation across our product and service lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and documentation for client engagements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry forums.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–10 years of experience in business development or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technology products and articulate value to clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred

  • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, IT services, or digital transformation solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
