Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities

• Implement effective sales process to meet sales targets.
• Follow up leads to ensure customer visits to showrooms and submit sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.

Preferred candidate profile

• BBA, MBA, Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales or business development role within the interior design industry is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of home interior project business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
