As a BDM at Tufwud, your key mission is to open new doors – literally and figuratively. You are the frontline business hunter responsible for identifying new project opportunities, generating qualified leads, nurturing influential relationships (architects, consultants, PMCs), and helping Tufwud get specified early in the buying journey. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, and operations to translate opportunities into long-term business growth.

Identify potential customers, new projects, and untapped markets across healthcare, hospitality, institutional, and government sectors.

  • Research market databases, online portals, networking platforms, and build a pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Participate in exhibitions, events, and client meetings for brand exposure and contact generation.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, fire consultants, PMCs, and tendering authorities to get Tufwud products specified.

  • Pitch product capabilities using tailored presentations, brochures, and demo kits.
  • Conduct technical and commercial presentations as per segment: Hospitals, Hotels, Builders, Government, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
