We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Marble & Granite company in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in selling building materials, strong market knowledge in the UAE construction sector, and the ability to build long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, interior designers, and project managers. A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the marble, granite, and building materials market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including contractors, consultants, architects, and developers.
- Conduct regular market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and potential projects.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project requirements, delivery schedules, and customer support.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the Building Materials industry (marble, granite, tiles, or related products).
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction and building material markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
