Role Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager (Courier Sales) to drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding our customer base in the courier and logistics sector. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in courier industry sales, excellent communication skills, and strong business development acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new customers to expand the company s courier and logistics client portfolio.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned revenue and business targets.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Prepare customized proposals and quotations for clients and negotiate terms to close deals successfully.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive business development activities.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery processes.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client feedback in CRM systems and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
