We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sustainable, scalable and consistent growth across U.A.E. Playing an integral part in developing and implementing Wisoft’s Business development and Go-To-Market (GTM) efforts and strategic direction of the Company. Responsible for selecting, on-boarding and managing customers and customer in line with Wisoft’s Sales Strategy and acting as a single point of contact for specified area. Accountable for increasing Wisoft’s Market Share by selling the products and services Wisoft represents to existing customers; and by developing and on-boarding new Customers. Representing Wisoft’s core values in meetings with customers and prospects alike. Interface efficiently with other functions of the company to ensure customer satisfaction is ensured.
Responsibilities:
- Consultative Sales: Offer digital marketing solutions and consultancy services, including SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, SMS Marketing, Performance Marketing, Paid Ads, Email Marketing, and Website/App Development.
- Lead Generation: Proactively follows up with leads provided by the company as well as identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, direct emails, networking, and social media.
- Client Acquisition & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on emerging trends in the industry and identify new opportunities to enhance business growth.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards and surpass individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture collaborations with key companies to expand market reach and drive business growth.
- Smart & excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and services.
- Ability to build strong professional relationships through various channels.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and digital sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5 - 6 years' prior industry related business development experience in a digital marketing agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
