Business Development Manager - Engineering Projects

We are the leading provider of advanced process equipment and engineering solutions for the food, dairy, beverage, chemical, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical industries, and are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in Lahore.

This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical knowledge and a passion for developing new business opportunities within industrial and process sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to expand ESET Pvt. Ltd. market presence in Pakistan.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities within target industries.
• Promote range of process equipment — including pumps, valves, heat exchangers, homogenisers, separators, and Ammonia Refrigeration.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with technical and service teams to design customized process solutions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in industrial equipment sales, business development, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of process systems and industrial applications.
