Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate and close new business opportunities for POS and ERP software.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent pipeline management.

Conduct product demos, presentations, and client meetings.

Develop strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and SMEs.

Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team for smooth implementation.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up for timely closures.

Maintain sales reports, lead tracker, and update CRM regularly.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in selling POS and ERP solutions is mandatory.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet strict monthly targets.

Knowledge of retail operations and billing systems preferred.

Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and client-handling skills.

Qualifications:

Any degree (MBA added advantage).

2+ years of experience in software / SaaS / POS / ERP sales.

Compensation:

Freelance/Commission-based + Incentives based on target achievement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
